Day-of coordination

For the couple who has planned it all and wants an expert to execute it. We step in 4 to 6 weeks before your wedding.

Signature

Partial planning

For the couple planning their own wedding who wants a professional alongside them. We come on board 3 to 6 months out.

  • Monthly planning sessions, virtual or in person
  • Vendor sourcing and recommendations in up to 4 categories (catering, rentals, photography, entertainment)
  • Full vendor communication and confirmation management
  • Detailed design plan: layout, color palette and décor concept
  • Budget tracking sheet with running totals
  • Two venue visits to map out logistics
  • Day-of coordination, up to 12 hours on-site, with an additional on-site assistant

For the couple who wants a trusted hand from day one. Full support beginning 6 to 12 months before your wedding.

  • Full-service vendor sourcing, negotiation and contract review support

  • RSVP and guest list management support
  • Full-day coordination from setup through breakdown, with two on-site assistants
  • Post-event vendor payment and tip coordination
